Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundational physical therapy skills along with experience or interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in women and / or men. This position provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a practice that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.
Schedule :
- Monday through Friday
- Staggered schedule
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditionsProvide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to support rehabilitation goalsCollaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEducate patients on preventative care and wellness strategiesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program developmentQualifications :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited programActive North Carolina Physical Therapy licenseExperience in Kinesiology, cutting edge techniques using evidence based practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered carePreferred Skills :
Experience with womens and / or mens health, orthopedics, neurology, cardiovascular, sports, and geriatricsManual therapy skills and interest in continuing educationFamiliarity with EMR systems for documentationOutpatient Ortho experience preferredBenefits :
