Job Description

This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Winston-Salem. Resume and cover letter are required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment that encourages networking, collaboration, and social interaction among members.
• Plan & execute events, workshops, and networking opportunities to bring members and prospects together, promote engagement, and enhance their overall coworking experience.
• Build strong, positive relationships with all members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular check-ins with members to gather feedback, understand their evolving requirements, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring that all amenities and facilities are well-maintained, and the kitchen, meeting rooms and workspaces are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Coordinate with maintenance and administrative staff to address facility, security, parking issues or improvements in a timely manner.
• Work with the marketing team to attract new members, promote the benefits of our coworking space, and organize tours for potential clients.
• Capture opportunities for social media posts and coordinate with team members on brand posts and newsletter content.
• Manage CRM software to provide on-time follow-up with potential members and employ established member retention strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks, including membership sign-up management, invoicing, and maintaining member CRM databases.
• Manage access control, security, and mail / package handling.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and the broader community to create partnerships, drive referrals, and enhance the coworking ecosystem.
• Attend monthly entrepreneurship ecosystem partner meetings to coordinate entrepreneurship-related events and maintain collaborative program planning.
• Track and report key metrics related to occupancy, member engagement, and financial performance; use data to drive continuous improvement.
