Looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians to join fast growing clinics in Michigan.
- Locations : Alma, Clare, Midland, Bay City
- Start date : ASAP
- Preferred schedule : Mon-Fri 8-5 or flexibility in non-traditional hours as well.
- Background and Certifications required : BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Typical Primary Care duties
- On call : 1 : 3 Phone call shared with family medicine providers
- Full Support staff
- Patient Load : To be discussed with group
- EMR : Epic
- Credentialing : 90-120 days could be sooner
- Compensation : Base Salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan
- Full Benefits : Professional Liability with tail coverage, Life, Health, Dental, Long & Short term Disability. CME dollars and Days
- Relocation Assistance allowance
