WHAT WE'RE SEEKING :

Diversey Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, consultative sales professional as an Key Account Manager - IDN Development West . This sales professional will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing strategic relationships with the largest Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the U.S. The IDN System Manager will drive enterprise-level sales opportunities that span multiple states, facilities, and service lines, delivering tailored solutions in infection prevention, environmental hygiene. The ideal candidate will live near a major airport west of the Mississippi River.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Strategic Account Development :

Identify and pursue high-potential IDNs across assigned region.

  • Develop customized engagement strategies aligned with each IDN's clinical and operational goals.
  • Sales Execution :
  • Lead complex, multi-state sales cycles from prospecting to close.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, GPO leads, corporate distribution and field sales teams to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • Solution Delivery :
  • Present Diversey's integrated infection prevention and hygiene solutions.

  • Customize offerings to meet IDN-specific needs and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate application expertise
  • Demonstrate sector and industry expertise
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with pricing, contracting, and sales enablement teams to deliver profitable and mutually beneficial contracts

  • Eliminate friction across functions to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Performance Management :
  • Utilize sales playbooks and account planning tools.

  • Track pipeline development and report progress against KPIs.
  • Manage sales process through Salesforce.com to ensure all components of the sales process, business review and account management are met
  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • Bachelor's Degree or extensive prior relevant experience required
  • Five years of experience in outside indirect sales required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Proven record of results
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer savvy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and CRM knowledgeable
  • Employee will need to be able to lift approximately 40 pounds and operate required miscellaneous job equipment requirements

    GENERAL SCOPE :

    Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers.A Sales Service Professional's sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

    KNOWLEDGE :

    Requires extensive knowledge in specialized functions. A wide and comprehensive acquaintance with, and understanding of, both general and specific aspects and the technical phases of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered.

    JOB COMPLEXITY :

    Usually works without established procedures, performing a wide variety of nonstandard complex tasks using advanced techniques and requiring extensive knowledge of discipline. Analyzes requirements for special projects and recommends methods and processes to accomplish. Supports the design / development of new or modified equipment or methods / systems for improved performance through analysis and check-out. Evaluates and resolves calibrating and troubleshooting problems. Leads and mentors others and lower level employees, may assign work and schedule work flow.

    IMPACT :

    Impact of work significant to assigned area. Erroneous work product would normally result in failure to achieve schedule, and potentially affect mission success.

    The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,800.00 and $153,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
