Registered Nurse - Home Health

The Home Health / Hospice RN provides\nskilled nursing care to patients in their homes by assessing the patient,\nidentifying patient problems or potential problems, developing, implementing\nand evaluating nursing care plans and patient care. Works in team relationships\nwith other home health and hospice providers. Must be a g raduate\nof an accredited school of nursing with an active Iowa\nlicense for Iowa\nresidents or an active license in a compact state in which you reside. Two years of Home Health / Hospice nursing preferred.
