Shifts Available for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

Full Time Sign on Bonus : $4,000.00

Part Time Sign on Bonus : $2,000.00

8-hour shifts of 6AM-2 : 30PM | 2PM-10 : 30PM

Full Time | Part Time | Per Diem

Your Role as a LPN :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bellamy Assisted Living , you’ll make a real impact by :

Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.

Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications Needed for LPN :

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire / Compact.

Provides evidence of the completion of both any state-mandated training or completes requirements as soon as possible after appointment.

We require our staff to be vaccinated as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check
