What You'll Do

Financial Operations

• Manage accounts payable for commercial properties, including invoice review, coding, and approval workflows
• Process rent collection and assist with comprehensive cash management processes
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle tenant billing and collections for commercial real estate portfolio
• Maintain detailed records for multiple properties and ensure compliance with lease terms
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
• Generate management reports and financial summaries
• Process journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Support property management team with various accounting tasks
• Coordinate with external vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
