Florida Atlantic University is seeking Finance and Accounting Interns - Boca Raton, FL.

Finance and Accounting Interns will support the department in various ways throughout the duration of their internship. This is an exciting opportunity to get real-world experience learning aspects of finance and accounting.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Reconciling daily financial documents.
• Tracking and confirming items purchased with Campus Rec staff and following up with purchasing.
• Reconciling internal tracking spreadsheets to Workday.
• Reconciling credit card reconciliations.
• Tracking spending as compared to budget.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts as needed.
• Organizing files and paperwork as required.
• Reviewing forms for correctness and available financial resources.
• Entering requisitions into Workday.
• Entering journal entries into Workday.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary : $15.00 per hour.

Work Days and Hours :

Scheduled hours will be between Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, up to 20 hours weekly.
