CUP Maintenance Technician (King of Prussia)

One of our large facility maintenance clients is seeking a CUP Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What Youll Do :

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to supervise completion.

Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.

Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

• 5 years of Boiler Experience
• Experience with HVAC and Chiller repairs
• Commercial Life Sciences Experience
