Manufacturing Warehouse Manager
Direct Hire
Salary : $90K-$105K
M-F, business hours, schedule (usually 6-3 / 4ish) with weekends as needed
Role Accountabilities
- Implement, manage, and monitor the processes for efficient warehouse operation
- Identify opportunities, initiate and lead warehouse process improvement initiative
- Build and lead a team of committed and capable employees to ensure successful warehouse operations and inventory
management
Monitor skill base and ensure effective training of staffManage the shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts, material, and equipment ensuring accurate and timely reporting inOracle EBS
Establish standards to ensure stock integrity within the facility, and monitor complianceEnsure the marshalling process supplies correct parts to the appropriate production area as scheduledEnsure safe and timely delivery of parts, material, and equipment to other Company or 3 rd party facilitiesGenerate reports to monitor transaction accuracy and workload distribution of warehouse operationsMonitor and implement US import and export regulations relevant to warehouse managementEnsure CTPAT security and other compliance requirements are metEnsure cycle counts selections are counted accurately and timely, and results are reported to Inventory ControlEnsure warehouse equipment receives regular maintenance and operating effectively and safelyGeneral Employee Accountabilities

HSD or equivalent2 years’ experience in warehouse managementDemonstrated knowledge of warehouse systemsDemonstrated experience managing inventory levels of greater than $3.5MDemonstrated success leading teams to accomplish business goalsStrong problem-solving skillsDemonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contactsDemonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, andcommunication skills
Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibilityProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and an ERPAvailability to travel domestically, approximately 5%, sometimes on short noticeValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift 50 lbs.Standup forklift driver experience
