Key Responsibilities
Deliver best in class Gross Retention rates, expansion, and on-time renewal rates through effective communication and risk mitigation
Manage a diverse portfolio of MidMarket & Enterprise customers through the contract management lifecycle
Understand customer business priorities to optimize value and discover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
Three or more years of proven B2B SaaS experience in direct client management
Track record of maintaining strong renewal rates to drive positive revenue outcomes
Consultative approach with an emphasis on discovery and influencing customer outcomes
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time in a high growth business
