Job Summary :

We are seeking a Leader Development Specialist (or Professional, Manager) with a focus on leadership development and instructional design to create and implement high-impact training programs for healthcare leaders across our national clinic network. This role is responsible for designing engaging, scalable learning experiences that equip clinical and administrative leaders with the skills needed to drive excellence in patient care and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Development & Instructional Design :

• Design, develop, and implement leadership training programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior healthcare leaders.
• Utilize instructional design models to create blended learning experiences, including e-learning modules, workshops, coaching programs, and self-paced resources .
• Develop competency-based leadership pathways aligned with organizational goals, focusing on skills such as communication, decision-making, team management, emotional intelligence, and change leadership .
• Leverage case studies, scenario-based learning, role-playing exercises, and assessments tailored to healthcare leadership challenges.
