The firm is known for its collaborative culture, client service, and commitment to professional growth. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the venture capital funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. Responsibilities Advise and represent emerging companies through formation, financing transactions, and M&A. Support venture capital funds and investee companies in transactional matters and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) experience, ideally gained at a comparable top-tier firm Stellar academic credentials and strong references Excellent written and verbal communication skills Quantitative and Excel skills Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships Compensation & Benefits Base salary range : $235,000 to $365,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Annual discretionary bonus 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Personal medical and parental leave Up to 10 paid holidays Family care benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
