Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of outreach representatives, setting goals and ensuring impactful conversations
Develop and refine outreach materials to enhance conversion rates and candidate quality
Manage outreach performance, maintain accurate records, and implement new messaging strategies
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in outreach, sales, or business development, with 2+ years in tech sales and 1+ year in a team lead role
Experience in training or coaching team members on outreach strategies
Proficiency in managing pipelines using HubSpot
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Familiarity with AI tools that enhance outreach performance
