What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead AI Ops and Assurance objectives across the technology stack
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams through design, testing, and product launch
  • Influence product and solution strategies with deep technical expertise
  • Maintain ongoing communication with High Touch Public Sector Enterprise customers regarding operations and future planning

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Federal and Public Sector industry in a customer-facing role
  • Extensive experience with large-scale Cisco Meraki or other cloud networking full-stack deployments
  • Deep understanding of networking and security solutions and associated hardware
  • Previous hands-on experience with network and security technologies
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certifications
