Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple construction projects at once. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Experience : 5+ years as a PM
  • Education : Degree not required
  • Client Type : Most are negotiated or past clients, not hard bid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Manager facilitates and manages the overall project schedules and financial requirements for assigned projects for success and profitability.
  • Assist with preconstruction efforts i.e. bid packages, trade buyouts and development, execution and management of subcontracts
  • Oversee project execution, field staff and resources, and develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A / E disciplines.
  • Develop, update and manage overall baseline schedule.
  • Manage and lead all project meetings from preconstruction and construction progress through project completion.
  • Establish QA / QC initiatives and procedures for compliance with specifications
  • Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a safe and injury-free work environment
  • Document and manage construction change process for cost and / or schedule impacts with client.
  • Other job duties as assigned
  • Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral talents.
  • Familiar working knowledge of AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6
  • This is a safety-sensitive position; the candidate must complete and pass a background check and a ten-panel drug / alcohol testing

    Pay Details : $110,000.00 per year
