Base pay range

$180,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

Implement / design our website redesign with the oversight of our agency. Likely will be a single page design emphasizing our new AI-enable care mangaement agents that assist nurses. ~15hrs project.

We're looking for a Web Designer / Developer with excellent taste, strong attention to detail, and front-end expertise in WordPress. You'll take polished design direction from our agency and translate it into a responsive, production-ready single-page experience that looks exceptional on desktop and mobile.

This is not a "figure it out from scratch" role — the creative direction, copy, and layout guidance will be provided. Your job is to execute with precision and polish.

Responsibilities

• Review creative direction and brand assets from our agency
• Implement a new single-page homepage within our WordPress environment (custom theme or page builder)
• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers
• Add light animations / interactions for a modern, engaging feel
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Conduct QA testing and address any feedback or revisions
• Prepare final site for deployment or hand-off to our team
