Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing legal counsel that aligns with business growth

Lead negotiations on complex commercial agreements from drafting to execution

Manage and develop junior legal professionals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in the UK, US, or another common law jurisdiction

10+ years of post-qualification experience, particularly in in-house roles at technology or fintech companies

Proven experience in leading and negotiating high-stakes commercial transactions

Experience in managing and mentoring legal teams

Strong business acumen with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
