About The Position

• Prepare OR for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and ready
• Scrub in for surgical cases, maintaining strict aseptic technique
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sponges, and supplies during procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and respond promptly during operations
• Assist in emergency, elective, and scheduled surgical cases
• Prepare, transport, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate counts of surgical instruments and sponges to ensure patient safety
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and sterilization
