Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician (DO or MD) for a locum tenens opportunity at a multi-specialty clinic in Wisconsin. This assignment requires coverage for 40-hour weeks, Monday through Friday, starting 12 / 22 / 2025, for a duration of 120 days. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including those with substance abuse issues, behavioral health concerns, endocrinology needs, and diabetes. This position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a clinic setting. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, and collaborating with specialists as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Manage chronic diseases, including diabetes and endocrine disorders
  • Address substance abuse and behavioral health issues
  • Perform routine health screenings and preventive care
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR system
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • Adhere to clinic policies and procedures

Additional Information :

  • Must be licensed to practice in Wisconsin
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system preferred
