Salary : $95,000 - $110,000

Job Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the preparation of cost proposals, financial models, and pricing structures for new business opportunities. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams-including finance, operations, and business development-to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Pricing Analyst :

Develop, analyze, and prepare cost and pricing models for proposals and contracts.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Review requests for proposals (RFPs) to determine requirements for pricing, cost models, and compliance.

Support customer negotiations by providing detailed financial analysis and pricing justification.

Lead and support internal and external audits related to proposals and pricing.

Recommend improvements to pricing processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency.

Partner with stakeholders to balance competitiveness with compliance and profitability.

Qualifications Desired for the Senior Pricing Analyst :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost estimating, preferably in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense-related industry.

Strong proficiency in Excel

Experience with pricing software such as ProPricer preferred.

Knowledge of federal proposal regulations (FAR, DFAR, TINA) a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
