  • Facility Setting : Inpatient Rehabilitation / Medical-Surgical Acute Care\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (travel nurse contract)\n
  • Start Date : November 18, 2025\n
  • End Date : February 17, 2026\n
  • Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (Friday / Saturday nights)\n
  • Unit Size : 10 beds\n
  • Patient Ratio : 5 : 1\n
  • Electronic Health Record : Meditech\n
  • Medication Management : Omnicell\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state or compact state (required)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience (required)\n
  • Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred\n
  • CCRN certification preferred (not required)\n
  • Ability to float to Med / Surg unit as needed\n
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills\n
  • Must reside more than 60 miles from facility to qualify for travel nursing jobs\n
  • Required documentation : Resume, Self-Assessment, Skills Checklist\n

    • \n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation and acute care environment\n
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, including rehabilitation-specific documentation and GG scoring\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians\n
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management\n
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EHR\n
  • Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed to support hospital operations\n
