Responsibilities and Duties
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, asthma, and hypertensionProvide preventive care such as routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening testsDeliver personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestylePerform acute care services and chronic disease managementConduct appointments of 20 minutes each, with 40-minute slots for procedures such as Nexplanon and IUD placementsCollaborate with medical assistants and utilize on-site interpretation services as neededAdditional Information
5+ years of experience requiredMassachusetts medical license requiredSpanish or Haitian Creole speaking is a plus, but interpretation services are availableBoard certification not required for this roleBenefits
