We are seeking an experienced producer that is looking for an opportunity to earn more and expand their business. Producers will have access to on-staff underwriting, Compliance Consultation, a Compliance Attorney, Communications / Graphics, Risk & Actuarial services, New Business call center as well as a wide range of financial and other consulting services.

We are a full-service team, with one point of contact for the client. This is unique because most organizations of this size traditionally have an interest in institutionalizing your book; we support individuality and paying continuous renewal commissions for the lifetime of the account. We will continue to build and offer extensive resources as an ongoing goal.

Job Requirements :

Licensed

Demonstrated history of substantial success selling direct - Benefits in the state of California

Minimum experience of 5 Years generating a substantial pipeline and book of business

Must be an experienced Producer in middle - large market sized accounts

Be capable and willing to ask for referral opportunities from existing clients

Provide proactive risk management advice to clients and prospects

Work with our marketing and service staff to establish and maintain excellent client relationships

Ambitious, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit

Represent the firm in the regional business community
