Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

You will apply the nursing process in your practice, ensuring all patient needs are met effectively.

You will be working with diverse patient populations, including behavioral health, pediatrics, and adults.

Patient ratios are maintained at a manageable level for optimal care delivery.

There is a requirement to float across various campuses as needed.

You must adhere to the unit's scrubs policy by wearing navy blue, solid scrubs.

You will be expected to participate in holiday rotations during peak times.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration within the unit.

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential in this position.

You will be accountable for maintaining detailed patient records and documentation.

Your role may involve patient education and advocacy to promote health and well-being.
