Duties / Responsibilities :

Check with the office daily for his / her daily or weekly assignments, which depend on upcoming office events. The employee is responsible for checking all Continuing Education spaces daily for set up and cleanliness. Set-up and clean-up for all continuing education events. Work with office personnel in food service purchase, pick-up, set-up, and clean up.

Organize storage space allocated to the Office of Continuing Education. Data entry, preparing mailers, and making copies. Follow university and office policies and procedures with time reporting, and governance. Other duties as necessary.

Position Summary :

Temporary, part-time worker. Duties will include data entry, providing reception and phone coverage, providing duplicates, handling fax and email communications. Helping staff with mailings, event planning, room set-up and clean-up, and other duties as needed. Driving will be a responsibility of the position.

Relevant / Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position :

High School Diploma – High School student OK.
