A growing retail company in Florida is actively seeking a newBookkeeper to join their growing team in Coral Springs.
Responsibilities :
The Bookkeeper will :
Organize and maintain files, both hard copies and electronically
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Review uploaded documents for completeness
Trace transactions to source documentation
Correspond with various manager to ensure completeness of files
Assist with special projects, as needed
Qualifications :
Associate's and / or Bachelor's Degree
Experience with basic Accounting functions
Working knowledge ofQuickBooks / Quicken
MicrosoftExcel proficient
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
