Our client, a pioneering, multi-state pulmonary care organization, is seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join a high-performance outpatient team. This role offers a rare blend of clinical autonomy, cutting-edge technology, and a compensation structure that far exceeds industry norms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures
  • Maintain an average of 20 patient visits / day, with additional compensation for higher volumes
  • Supervise advanced practice providers and oversee support staff
  • Foster collaborative relationships with local primary care providers
  • Participate in innovative care models driven by predictive analytics and rich patient data
  • Optional flexibility to work locums or partner hospital shifts one week / month to maintain credentials

Candidate Profile

  • Board Certified in Pulmonology
  • Strong interest in outpatient pulmonary care and tech-enabled clinical models
  • Comfortable supervising APPs and leading small, agile teams
  • Open to J-1 visa sponsorship (H1-B not supported)
