Your mission

  • Keep automobiles, heavy equipment, and machinery operating at their best through field-based maintenance and repairs.
  • Pinpoint issues fast and deliver solid, timely fixes.
  • Listen to customer concerns, set clear expectations, and provide professional, friendly service.
  • Capture accurate notes on services performed and parts installed.
  • Work safely and follow company standards on every job.
  • Team up with colleagues to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Continuously learn about new equipment and evolving technologies.

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical / mechanical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a mechanic or field service technician.
  • Sharp diagnostic instincts and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and reliable in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.

  • Small tools (electric and gas) training / experience — required
  • Light / heavy equipment training / experience — required
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, email, internet) — required
