Med Surg Registered Nurse

Job Description : \n

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with a variety of medical conditions and surgical needs\n
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs\n
• Manage wound care, intravenous therapies, and other treatments\n
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care\n
• Document patient status, treatments, and progress\n
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed\n
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on best practices\n

• 2 years of recent Med / Surg experience\n
• Licensed and / or certified in the South Carolina or have multistate licensure privilege to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.\n
• Covid Vaccination Record (we accept a declination form!), BLS, Flu vaccination, TB / PPD\n
