Position Summary :

The Junior Inside Account Manager (Jr.-IAM) will work closely with an Inside Account Manager to learn and assist with sales processes, customer service, and account management. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an interest in developing a career in sales and account management.

The Jr.-IAM will support the creation, organization, and delivery of quotes and customer-facing materials, as well as assist with order tracking, communication with customers, and coordination with internal teams. This role provides valuable exposure to sales strategy, customer relationship management, and product knowledge while offering opportunities for professional growth.

What youll do :

  • Assist Inside Account Managers with daily account management tasks.
  • Support quote preparation, order tracking, and customer follow-up.
  • Learn to navigate vendor portals and tools for pricing and product information.
  • Help maintain customer accounts by providing timely updates on orders, shipments, and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gain exposure to sales strategy, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What youll bring :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • 12 years of customer service, sales support, or related experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
  • Interest in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Willingness to learn about IT industry products and solutions.
