Store IT Technician - Level 2 (Temp) (Miami)

Our client, a luxury fashion brand , is looking to hire a Temporary IT Store Technician (Level 2) to join the team onsite in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue for 3-6 months. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable traveling to the local stores for IT support.

Job Duties Include :

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems in a retail environment.
• Handle all service requests in a timely and effective manner from stores, including setup of store workstations and relocation of IT devices.
• Manage backlog of incidents and requests, ensuring all tickets are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 support teams.
• Resolve issues remotely for other stores located in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil regions when not providing support in-person.

Job Qualifications Include :

Salary : $25-35 / hr paid weekly
