The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our videographer and editor to work together to create the most engaging and authentic content. Responsibilities
Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
Qualifications
Team player
Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
Minimum 2 years of marketing / brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
Expert in forward design concepts
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
