Universal Banker

Perform a full range of Retail banking services for individual customers with emphasis on personal financial needs. Process teller transactions and open and close accounts. Assist customers with account needs and provide customer service. Willingly travels to other locations when needed.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Receive and process Teller transactions accurately and timely. Verify and balance assigned cash drawer. Assists in reconciling errors or discrepancies for self and other tellers. Maintains adequate cash drawer limits and follows Bank policy and procedures when performing transactions.
• Perform all activities related to the opening and closing of various types of time and demand deposit accounts, including certificate of deposits, NOW accounts, checking accounts, and saving products. Ensures applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed and is trained on depository compliance regulations.
• Cross sell and / or refer Bank products and services based on customer need to maximize the customer relationship uncovered through the Financial Review process. Perform periodic follow up with customers for additional services and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service for all types of customer inquiries and transactions. Includes accurate, professional, efficient service to all customers.
