Records Management Supervisor
Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Records Management Supervisor to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. Position responsibilities include :
- Anticipating and preparing materials needed by the PM and Records Management Managers.
- Composing technical and administrative correspondence for final approval and signature of the PM or other Managers.
- Providing input support to various records management projects via manual entry as well as scanning efforts.
- Attending IPT meetings and supporting project information reporting.
- Maintaining the action items log.
- Working with records management staff to obtain status of action items and other pending issues.
- Providing administrative support services related to DHS records management systems.
- Supporting service acquisition activities that support a program's development, management, and contracting.
- Managing the contract acquisitions log and ensuring purchases of records management services, supplies, and equipment are effectively acquired and logged.
- Conducting research on discrepancies pertaining to contractor monthly reports.
- Providing guidance to the Contract Data Entry Operator and assistance to Management Team in regard to their responsibility for the preparation, review, and submission of contract requirements.
Position requirements include :
U.S. CitizenActive ClearanceHigh school diploma and a minimum of five years of experience relevant to acquisition and providing support to national records management (NRC) program management is required. (3 years general experience and 2 years specialized experience in records management, document analysis, information retrieval, or similar functions. Combination of successfully completed post high-school education and experience, including certificates of superior achievement, may be substituted for the 2 years of specialized experience.)Must possess a working knowledge and familiarity of the DHS acquisition system, administrative support processes, and office automation systems such as word processing [Microsoft Word], spreadsheets [Microsoft Excel], graphics, and database systems.Must have the ability to assimilate and analyze data from relevant parties.Capable of preparing presentations or other documentation.Must possess the ability to work with Federal Task Leads and other employees to create, submit, and retrieve various project information records and / or documents.Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with personnel, users, and other staff who may have no technical background.VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
