job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in multifamily or large-scale residential construction. Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
We Search People are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized builder with a strong portfolio of luxury apartments, student housing, affordable housing, and military family communities.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Drive compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and assistant PMs.
