The Provider Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in expanding Care Partners ACO by identifying, engaging, and recruiting provider groups into the organization. This position focuses on driving business growth through strategic networking, relationship-building, and outreach efforts. The Specialist will leverage publicly available data sources, existing professional relationships, and new connections developed through conference attendance and industry events to identify opportunities for partnership. In this role, the Specialist will serve as a representative of Care Partners ACO, building trust with providers and stakeholders, clearly communicating the value of participation, and ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and CMS guidelines.
