Shift : Days, 5x8s, 7 : 30 am – 5 : 30 pm, no weekends or holidays

Description :

Seeking a Registered Nurse for an ambulatory ophthalmology clinic. Preferred candidates will have experience in ambulatory care, EPIC EMR access, and ophthalmology procedures.

Qualifications :

Current New York State RN license

BLS certification (must be able to recertify)

Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience within the past 2 years

Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers preferred

EPIC EMR experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Perform patient care skills and assessments with minimal orientation

Deliver high-quality care in the ambulatory ophthalmology setting

Apply clinical judgment and nursing process to provide safe and effective patient care
