A company is looking for a Client Technical Support Consultant III (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities :
Support tier 3 of ADP Interfaces and connectors, ensuring defect-free implementation
Manage client escalations and urgent tickets, providing stellar service
Lead the DRIEM Team methodology and mentor new team members
Required Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience leading payroll support teams
Experience in deploying processes across multiple teams
Knowledge of SAP CRM or other Client Relationship Management tools
Excellent understanding of payroll processing procedures
Fluency in English (oral and written)
