• What Youll Do
• Deliver Meaningful Care :
• Provide assessments, individual therapy, and group facilitation using evidence-based curriculums and treatment models for clients with SUD and MH disorders.
• Collaborate for Success :
• Work closely with the Aftercare Coordinator to create smooth and effective discharge planning and placement for each client.
• Engage in Professional Development :
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to meet state licensing requirements and support ongoing growth.
• Be a Valued Team Member :
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and daily census meetings to ensure quality client care.
• Document with Excellence :
• Complete all clinical documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, group notes, and weekly progress reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support Our Clients Beyond the Weekdays :
• Participate in a weekend and holiday rotation for inpatient programming as part of our commitment to client care.
• Protect Client Privacy :
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality following HIPAA, 42 CFR, and all state / federal guidelines.
• Use Technology Effectively :
• Work efficiently within our EMR system for all clinical documentation needs.

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
