Schedule :

  • M-F 7am-3 : 30pm Pay Rate : $23.00+ DOE Location : Boise, ID Position Type : Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Create, update, distribute, and archive construction documents using PMIS tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to facilitate document flow Implement and monitor record retention policies to safeguard project data Manage access to software platforms by adding users, creating folder structures, and assigning permissions Requirements :   Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Procore, ACC, SharePoint) Familiarity with construction drawings and terminology Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and interpersonal skills High School Diploma, 2 years of college desired Preferences :   Prior experience in construction or engineering environments preferred Experience with ISO standards or other quality management systems Experience with SharePoint and Outlook Experience with Microsoft Office tools Additional Benefits : Paid Vacation, Select Holidays, Overtime Opportunities, On-site Facilities & Career Development Opportunities.
