A company is looking for a Development Specialist - OON.
Key Responsibilities
Act as On the Job Trainer for new hires and coach team members to ensure quality and performance standards are met
Collaborate with training and department leadership to enhance training agendas and ensure content accuracy
Prepare reports on training results and trends, and assist in managing team members' professional growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum GED or high school diploma with 2 years of experience in negotiation / support services or healthcare / customer service involving leadership / training
Required licensures, professional certifications, and / or Board certifications as applicable
Knowledge of medical and claim terminology, as well as healthcare / managed care industry processes
Ability to train, coach, and support team members in various settings
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
