Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for an acute care, Level II trauma setting with ARRT (CT), BLS, and at least 1 year of experience required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in an acute care hospital with a Level II trauma designation
  • CT Tech role in the Radiology / Cardiology department
  • Handles adult patient population with a daily caseload of 80-90 scans per tech in a 24-hour period
  • Uses Cerner and McKesson charting systems
  • Night shifts : Saturday and Sunday 19 : 00-07 : 30, Thursday and Friday 12 : 00-00 : 30
  • No floating required within the facility or to sister facilities
  • No on-call required
  • Weekend work is required
  • Work in a team environment in a busy trauma-level hospital
  • Navy blue scrubs required
  • Modules must be completed during orientation and annually
  • Strict no-tobacco policy with nicotine drug screening required
  • Free parking available in the patient visitor garage with badge access
  • Candidates must be gone for at least 1 year if previously employed
  • Only one RTO request allowed

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification
  • Maryland license required if applicable
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of CT experience
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Pending state license accepted
