Project Manager Federal Healthcare Kansas City

Our client is a reputable, General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 20+ years ago, they specialize in the federal / government, healthcare, and commercial spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work / projects and long-term growth of the organization!

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to establish project goals and expectations. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction regulations and standards. Address and resolve any project challenges or obstacles effectively. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • Experience managing construction projects in the federal or healthcare sectors.
