Field Home Health RN Contract Assignment | St. Louis, MO

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in St. Louis, MO. In this role, youll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and geriatric patients in their homes. • Location : St. Louis, MO, and surrounding areas\n
• Company : Sunbelt Staffing in partnership with a Nationwide Home Health Agency\n
• Contract Length : 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)\n
• Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month on-call)\n
• Compensation : Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget\n
• Mileage Reimbursement : .48c from visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected\n
• Blended Pay Packages : Available for travelers\n
• Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401 (k) match after 90 days\n
• Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visitsper week\n\nJob Responsibilities\n
• Regularly assess patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, documenting changes in condition.\n
• Clean and dress wounds, monitor for signs of infection, and report any concerns to the supervising RN or physician.\n
• Perform tasks such as blood draws, tube feedings, and other medical procedures as prescribed by the care plan.\n
• Follow care plans developed by the supervising RN or physician, adjusting as necessary and communicating any changes.\n
• Accurately document all patient care activities, assessments, and interactions using Homecare Homebase or similar software.\n
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timeframe, using Homecare Homebase for record-keeping.\n\nRequirements\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Missouri.\n
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience with adult and geriatric patients.\n
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and Oasis.\n
• Oasis certification is strongly preferred.\n
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.\n
