Required Qualifications :

Advanced degree in a relevant health, science, or performance-related field

Professional certification in a recognized specialty area

20+ years of experience with high-performance or specialized populations

15+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or performance-related environments

Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management
