Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Merrill, Wisconsin.

HIGHLIGHTS :

Minimum Experience : 2 years

Required Certifications : WI RN License, BLS, ACLS required

Charting Experience : EPIC required

Float Requirements : as needed to like units. Aspirus Wausau, Aspirus Langlade, Aspirus Medford, and Aspirus Stanley

Radius Rule : Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility - expires 10 / 10

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hrs

Shift Requirements : 12hr variables, but mostly nights

On Call / Call Back Requirements : None

Weekend / Holiday Requirements : Every other weekend and every other holiday

REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate Degree or Certificate

PREFERRED EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree

HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS : every other

ADDITIONAL DETAILS :

Patient ratios : days 0700-1930 4-5 nurse patient ratio, and 2300-0700 typically 1 : 6-8 nurse patient ratio
