Your Role & Responsibilities
Guide the Transformation Program Office across a portfolio of strategic initiatives exceeding $100MBuild strong relationships with senior client leadership, program leads, and external system integratorsActively manage risks, dependencies, and sequencing across multiple program streamsDrive integrated planning and execution, ensuring cross-program alignment and deliveryFacilitate governance and decision-making processes for transparency and accountabilityProvide hands-on support to program teams, accelerating delivery and resolving issuesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and communication artifacts for executive stakeholdersCoach and mentor program managers and team leads to foster ownership and delivery excellenceSkills & Experience You Should Possess
15+ years of experience in program and transformation leadership5+ years managing programs with budgets exceeding $100MProven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with multiple vendors and stakeholdersDeep expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and program sequencingStrong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presenceExperience in matrixed environments with system integrators and cross-functional teamsHands-on approach to delivery with a bias toward action and problem-solvingFamiliarity with transformation frameworks, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and PMO toolsBonus Points If You Have
Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or supply chain industriesPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationPrior consulting experience with top-tier firms or large-scale enterprise clientsEducation & Certifications You Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferredWhat We Offer
