Shift : Variable Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays

Schedule : Full-Time | 40 hours / week | Holiday coverage required

Contract Length : 13 Weeks / Permanent / Full-Time, both options.

Salary Range for Permanent / FT : $131,040.00 to $137,280.00 + Full benefits : Health, mental health, 403b, PTO, continuing education.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our newly opened Portal Pharmacy, a full-service retail pharmacy serving the Moab community. This full-time role includes rotating coverage during retail hours (MonSat : 9 : 30 AM8 : 30 PM; Sun : 2 : 30 PM7 : 30 PM), with required holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily pharmacy operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Accurately interpret and dispense medications; review prescriptions for safety and effectiveness.
• Provide patient counseling, immunizations, and medication therapy management.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and participate in 340B program compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with providers for optimal patient care.
