Job Duties

  • Carrying Bus Tubs of Dirty Dishes from the First Floor Dining Room to our Basement Kitchen
  • Clearing Dirty Dishes & Glassware; maintaining organization of these in our Server Station
  • Assisting with restocking clean dishes in the Kitchen & Dining Room
  • Assisting Bartenders with cleaning & polishing glassware.
  • Assisting Bartenders with bar prep & changing kegs.
  • Cleaning & Resetting Tables in the Dining Room
  • Maintaining Communication with Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, and Management to help turn tables efficiently

Expectations & Physical Demands

  • Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
  • Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests
  • Demonstrating the ability to learn & grow in the restaurant
  • This position will require the employee to regularly lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (trays of food, bus tubs, etc)
  • This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time
  • This position will require the employee to regularly climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces.
